Getting caught up in the drama in the real world can be stressful. South Beach seems to be a little slice of heaven compared to everything else. Things tend to be chill, and mellow around here. People coexist while being different...and yes sometimes fights do happen between people, there are gangs, no town or city is perfect. But here people have an attitude under the bright lights, and shining stars that tends to be catchy. Though not your average attitude, and pretty soon you'll be under a spell on the beach with good intentions with a lover. So sit back and relax, cause that catchy attitude/motto of the locals seems to go like this "Don't Worry, Be Happy." So take a break, make a friend, live high, live mighty, live righteously, and lay out in the sand and soak up the rays.

April Showers bring May Flowers. . .
Yay! Spring has finally come to bring warmer weather and bunches of flowers, of course. All of the snow has melted, leaving tons of mud and puddles to jump in (and maybe in some cases fall in). The ice on the lake is mostly gone, but the water is probably still too cold to swim in, but the weather is wonderful, and the sun is shining high in the sky.

Shady Oaks Apartments A large, old brick building with vines climbing up the sides, and two very large oak trees on either side of the walkway. There's an old swing set and steel monkey bars in the back yard area where it overlooks the lake.

Leaves of Summer Apartments A more upper-class apartment building with all glass sides on the outside(windows). You can see all the scenery from the inside, but nobody can see into them, just the reflection from the sun. The rooms don't start until one story up (the building is five stories tall).

Eagle Ridge Town homes Two floor town homes with half an acre of land in between them and the next house. There is a garage connected to each house, and also a deck. You can choose how many bedrooms and bathrooms there are and what the house looks like, but it has to be under five. Pm a staff member telling them you want a town home if you want one.
